Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


🕒 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, or lingerie (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards


💬 How to Start a Return

Email us at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items without approval.


💲 Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns refunded to the original payment method.

🛍️ Want to skip the fee?
Choose store credit and we’ll waive the restocking fee — perfect if you plan to shop with us again.


🔄 Refund & Store Credit Options

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Original payment method: Refund minus restocking fee and shipping costs

  • Store credit: Full value, no restocking fee

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.


🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. For a different size or item:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Use your refund or store credit to place a new order


📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll fix the issue ASAP, free of charge.
